        Yoga and meditation are inextricably linked since both entail growing attention and awareness of the present moment. Yoga is an ancient discipline that began thousands of years ago in India and consists of physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation. Meditation, on the other hand, is a practise for calming the mind and developing a sense of inner peace and tranquillity. Although yoga and meditation are separate practises, they are frequently used in tandem to improve general well-being and mental clarity. Yoga is fundamentally about linking the mind and body through movement and breathing.
