        Astha Siddhi Nav Nidhi ke data , Aas var din Janki Mata

         

        Mother Janaki had given the vardan(boon) of Eight Siddhis and Nine Nidhis to Shri Ram devotee Hanuman and it is said that only Mahabali Hanuman had the power to handle them. The most precious things in the world are the nine Nidhis, after attaining which there is no need for any kind of money and wealth. Hanumanji had eight types of siddhis. With his influence, he could take the form of any person. Could assume a body ranging from extremely subtle to extremely gigantic. He could reach wherever he wanted in just a moment of time with the power of his mind.

        Which are the eight Siddhis ?

         

        Anima: On the strength of this Siddhi, Hanumanji can assume a very subtle form at any time.

         

        Mahima: On the strength of this Siddhi, Hanuman has assumed a huge form any times.

         

        Garima: With the help of this Siddhi, Hanumanji can turn his own weight like a huge mountain.

         

        Laghima: With this Siddhi, Hanumanji can completely lighten his weight and he can come and go anywhere in a moment.

         

        Prapti: With the help of this Siddhi, Hanumanji can get anything immediately. Understand the language of animals and birds, can see the future.

         

        Prakamya: With the help of this Siddhi, Hanumanji can go down to the depths of the earth, can fly in the sky and can survive in water for the desired time.

         

        Ishitva: With the help of this Siddhi, Hanumanji has attained divine powers.

         

        Vashitva: With the effect of this Siddhi, Hanumanji is Jitendriya and has control over the mind.

         

        Which are the nine Nidhis ?

         

        Padmanidhi- A person endowed with Padmanidhi is virtuous and donates by collecting gold and silver etc.

         

        Mahapadma Nidhi – The person donates his accumulated wealth etc. to the religious people through Mahapadma Nidhi.

         

        Mukund nidhi – The person targeted by Mukund Nidhi is blessed with Rajogun, he is engaged in the collection of the kingdom.

         

        Nand Nidhi: A person with Nand Nidhi is of Rajas and Tamas qualities, he is the basis of the family.

         

        Neel Nidhi: A person adorned with Neel Nidhi is united with Sattvik Tej. His wealth lasts for three generations.

         

        Makar Nidhi: A man rich in Makar Nidhi is a collector of weapons.

         

        Kachhap Nidhi: The target person of Kachhap Nidhi is of Tamas Guna, he enjoys his own property.
